Rationale and scope:

Field inspections as part of Compliance Verification Activity (CVA) for CV2122-324 are primarily focused on the CERs Damage Prevention and Environmental Protection Program requirements. The scope of these inspections includes but will not be limited to: follow-up to previous CVAs having occurred, a land locations along the Pipeline Right-of-Way (RoW) associated with a previously closed file (OF-Surv-Land_M253 0101), as well as site inspections of ongoing Operations and Maintenance Activities Notifications to the CER (O&M Activities) and reported incidents to the CER of Operation Beyond Design Limits for sections of Pipelines at watercourse crossings. These inspections verify the general state of the RoW, operational requirements, authorized and unauthorizes activities, reclamation, erosion, surface water and runoff and land use in areas of interest. This CVA also verifies the current state of the RoW in an area of interest further to a landowner’s expression of concerns and inquiries to the CER.
