A foreman was observed with an inappropriate (i.e., sexually suggestive) hard hat sticker. The sticker was discussed with Company Representatives who indicated that they have been working to address this type of situation and they asked the foreman to remove the sticker. This was done on-site. Inspection Officers are satisfied that this issue is being addressed by the Company and no further follow-up is required.

Three pieces of stationary equipment (light towers, frost fighter) were on the RoW approximately 10 m from Wetland 0073 (~KP 4+500). Officers checked the equipment for spill kits and found the frost fighter was not fully stocked (missing sorbent pads) and one light tower did not have a spill kit. These were both corrected while Officers were on site and no further action is required.
