Inspection Officers observed deep excavation area without a complete perimeter "Danger" control zone (conflicting caution & danger control zone administration controls in place).
Company shall erect danger zone "red" fencing around entire excavation area accompanied with placing of "Danger" administrative control signage.

CER Inspection Officers observed that equipment operator was unable to produce daily equipment inspection for John Deer 950 sideboom equipment that worker was operating.
Equipment Operator shall provide proof of a signed daily inspection lifting plan documentation for John Deere tractor equipped with side boom that was being operated on November 2nd, 2021.
