IOs received confirmation during the inspection that the contractor installed 'no entry' and 'topsoil, level 2 cleaning required' signage on both sides of Stewart Slough crossing to prevent workers from crossing it without proper cleaning.

During the inspection of Coligny Creek (BC-736 KP1129) the CER inspection team identified wingwalls not attached to the bridge and fallen sediment fence at the watercourse. IOs requested addition sediment fence be installed at the top of the slope to prevent erosion in case of a rain event. Trans Mountain provide photographic evidence of completed wing wall and ESC repair at this location.
